What you will find in the box:
1. Terminal/Console - the main console which is usually placed on the reception where employees and guess can log their visit.
2. Reader - connected to the main console. This is where the employees scan their card or key FOB tags.
3. 5 x TimeTag1 key FOB tags.
4. 5 x TimeTag1 Card Tags.
5. Power adaptor - international power adaptor
This is a reception equipment that will log the in and out time of personnel and visitors. The collected data can be filtered, sorted and downloaded. It is suitable for Employees, Members, Site workers or similar.
This solution is a subscription based system with cloud connectivity. When purchased at the day of purchase your system will be pre-loaded with 450 credits which are sufficient for 10 users for 30 days. If for some reason you receive your parcel with a delay and you are not able to use fully the 30 days please contact us and we will extend your subscription for free to cover at least 30 full days of usage for 10 users.
The system has a web interface where you can access your collected time-sheet data and export it in order to use it in another system.
The Terminal requires internet connection either LAN or WiFi to establish a connection to the cloud.
Once purchased if you require the system to show your company logo you need to send your logo to us and we will upload it to the device before we send it to you.
The system works with pre-programmed tags which are marked on top with TimeTag1.com and the Time Tag One logo. If you need additional tags we can supply them to you and there are discounts for quantities. Please note the system will not work with blank generic tags purchased elsewhere. The genuine tags supplied for the system can be purchased from https://timetag1.com.
